National Primary Schools Kapa Haka Competition 2023

Ko tō mana, ko tōku mana, he mana kotahi. E ara ko Te Mana Kuratahi.
Te Mana Kuratahi is the biennial national primary schools kapa haka competitions, hosted this year by Te Tauihu o te Waka a Māui.
Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi are proud to once again sponsor the event supporting 46 kapa haka representing 16 regions across Aotearoa who will battle it out for top honours during the 4-day competition from the 30th of October to the 2nd of November.
Trafalgar Centre in Nelson will come alive with dynamic haka, mesmerising poi, and melodic waiata from the most elite primary school kapa haka.
